Filthy room with broken furniture and roaches.

My a double room was updated with refrigerator and microwave. All the staff was helpful.

Everything was great, polite staff, favourable location really close to Houston as well as The Econo Lodge. Had updated and cheap room US$ 53 with refrigerator and microwave, microwave, the updated photos. A microwave oven and a fridge were available too. You guys made our stay great!

The area might seem a bit gritty, but the rooms were clean, and I loved the proximity to stores and restaurants. Plus, public transport is just outside-super convenient!

It was an older hotel, really clean, great staff, huge super nice pool. Breakfast buffet was great, a superb value for the cost.

The room air conditioner struggled to keep up with the heat.

City makes them keep all gates to pool closed but one. I would like to see room card locks. We will return excellent value.

The experience came marred by a lack of cleanliness. Dirty sheets were a glaring issue that detracted from comfort. The absence of breakfast left a sour note, especially for those needing early nourishment-there's no dining option within walking distance. The furniture felt dated and parts of the room seemed like they were only patched over, not properly repaired, which gave an overall ignored vibe to the space.

It was quiet but not what I expected from Ramada Inn was old smelt musty the only good thing I could smoke and take my small yorkie in with no problems the tv reception was poor old tvs

Clean room and convenient location near shops. Check-in was awkward. I had to wait outside too long while it was cold.

Will never stay here againe.

We only used the room for 1 nights sleep. It was very clean and comfortable.

It was difficult getting in and out due to road construction and heavy traffic.

Waiting outside for 15-20 minutes in 50-degree weather to check in was unsettling, especially since the main entrance was locked with communication only through a small window. The room itself had a worn bed that surprisingly turned out to be comfortable, but the cable service was patchy, and there were missing sections of the curtains. Improvements need to be made in customer service and room maintenance.

We were really disappointed with the breakfast bar and went to a restaurant instead

We booked 1 night, room was nice, clean, beds a little small. We enjoyed our night, and ended up staying a 2nd night. Hot breakfast with waffle iron was a nice touch.

The 2nd night, we returned to hotel and there was very loud music playing, making walls vibrate. My kids couldn't sleep, so I called front desk, where I was told the people next door were having an "authorized party", and that they would turn music down by midnight, so it was a long night. Not sure if we would stay again or not
